Our clinical team includes doctors from diverse backgrounds. We have dental surgeons who have been trained locally as well as overseas such as Australia and Ireland. With a strong specialist support team that includes an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, an orthodontist and even an anaesthetist, Smile Concept Dental Practice is able to treat most dental conditions with varying complexities. Patient comfort is also prioritized with the provision of sedation in our clinic.

Dr Michael Koh is a graduate in Bachelor of Dental Surgery of the National University of Singapore.

Equipped with extensive experience in Clinical Dentistry, Dr Michael is methodical and systematic in his style of treatment planning, consistently providing his patients with a comprehensive range of treatment options in order for them to make well-informed decisions about their dental treatments.

Dr Eloise Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore.

Dr Eloise is known for her friendly and approachable disposition to all her patients and has extensive clinical experience and constantly strives to provide dental treatments that are comfortable at all times, and is patient and gentle.

Registered Specialist in Orthodontics with the Singapore Dental Council

Dr Robyn Koh graduated from the National University of Singapore. She subsequently went on to obtain her Master of Dental Surgery degree in Orthodontics from the National University of Singapore and her Membership in Orthodontics with the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, which awarded her Best Overseas Candidate.

Dr Robyn has more than 15 years of experience in orthodontic treatment, using metal braces, ceramic braces and clear aligners (Invisalign). She treats children, teenagers and adults with a focus on facial and dental aesthetics. Dr Robyn is also proficient in providing interceptive orthodontic treatment for young children and surgical orthodontics for patients with facial and jaw deformities.

Outside of work, Dr Robyn enjoys cooking up a storm in the kitchen as well as spending time with her husband and sons.

Registered Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with the Singapore Dental Council.

Dr Aidan Yeo graduated from the National University of Singapore. He graduated with a Masters of Dental Surgery (Oral Maxillofacial Surgery) and was also admitted as a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.

Having undergone extensive basic and advanced specialty training, Dr Yeo is well versed in many aspects of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. He has special interest in the areas of dental implantology and orthognathic surgery, both of which help patients tremendously in improving function, appearance and quality of life. In addition he has also received training in maxillofacial trauma, oral pathology and oral medicine. Dr Yeo has particular interest in the care and management of patients undergoing radiation therapy for head and neck oncology.

Dr Yeo has served as a lecturer for the RMIT Certificate in Dental Assisting program and was also involved in the training of postgraduate residents.

Dr Loh Wan Juin
BDS (Dublin)

Dr Loh Wan Juin obtained her First Class Book Prize in 2012, and received her Bachelor of Dental Science degree from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland in 2016.

During her studies in Dublin, Ireland, Dr Loh has been given full working exposure during her work rotations at the various hospitals, which included the Special Care Dentistry Department at both Loughlinstown Health Centre and Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstownas Centre as well as at St James’ Hospital’s Maxillofacial Surgery rotations in Ireland.

Dr Loh approaches dental care with the primary concern of making sure her patients feels well taken care of, while always passionate in solving dental issues by ensuring the best dental care solution is advised and administered with the highest level of professional skills and hygiene standards. Her patients would leave a happier, healthier person with a smile every time.

Dr Chrystella Chai
BDSc (Australia)

Dr Chrystella Chai graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science and subsequently completed her  Royal Australian College of Dental Surgeon Primaries Examinations with commendations.
 
She worked in a private group dental practice in Victoria, Australia before moving to Singapore with her family. Dr Chai spent many years honing her clinical skills practising all aspects of dentistry and was also actively involved in community work while living in Australia.
 
With a keen interest in root canal therapy, Dr Chai pursued further education in Endodontics at the prestigious King’s college London. She is also the main clinician that most of our doctors will refer complex root canal cases to. A firm believer in advancing the art and science of dentistry, she is constantly updating her dental skills and knowledge through journals and continued professional development courses held locally and internationally. She is a current member of Singapore Dental Association, Australian Dental Association, Australian Society of Endodontology and Australian Prosthodontic Society
 
Dr Chai loves travelling in her free time and is an active athlete having taken part in many endurance events and training boot camps.

Dr Tan Chuan Sien

Dr Tan Chuan Sien graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1998. In his final year professional BDS examinations, he won the LC Lien Dental Clinic Gold Medal for being the top student in Pedodontics and Orthodontics.

In 2005, Dr Tan was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, after passing a series of entry examinations with emphasis on Restorative Dentistry, which includes Implants, Crowns and Bridges, Root Canal Treatment and Gum Diseases.

Dr Tan has more than 20 years of experience as a Family Dentist. He has been described by his regular patients as being gentle with his hands, meticulous, and a good listener.

Regularly attending Continuing Professional Education courses to keep himself updated on the latest techniques and technology in Dentistry, Dr Tan aims to provide painless, contemporary dentistry using the best available modern equipment. He has a special interest in Implants and Restorative Dentistry.

Dr. Joycelyn Ho
DMD (Australia)

Dr. Joycelyn Ho qualified as a Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Western Australia, Perth, Australia. Prior to that she studied at one of America’s top liberal arts colleges, Claremont Mckenna College, where she obtained her B.A. Degree in economics. However, it is in dentistry that she found her passion and preferred vocation.

Joycelyn’s clinical interests are in dental education, preventive and minimal invasive dentistry, operative dentistry and prosthodontics.

Clinical rotations in government clinics across Western Australia helped Joycelyn to develop a treatment approach centred around patient education and communication.

Joycelyn welcomes patients of all ages. She especially has a soft spot for the dentally anxious patient. To maintain high professional standards, Joycelyn attends dental courses to widen her dental skillset.

Dr. Donna Lim
BDS (Australia)

Dr Donna Lim graduated from the University of Adelaide, Australia with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. She is currently a member of the Singapore Dental Association as well as a registered Dental Surgeon with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Having worked in metropolitan and rural placements in Australia, she is able to treat patients across a broad age group and with complex medical histories. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and aims to provide high-quality care, valuing the importance of devising holistic treatment plans for each patient and their specific needs.

With her warm and caring nature, Dr Lim is dedicated to creating a positive dental experience for all her patients. This will ensure they feel comfortable and at ease during their appointments. She finds developing long-lasting relationships with her patients and helping them the most rewarding aspect.

Dr Lim is committed to developing her skills and keeping updated with new advancements through ongoing education and training. She is also a firm believer in giving back to the community and has had the opportunity to volunteer in several local projects and dental medical mission trips abroad.

In her free time, Dr Lim enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and reading. She also enjoys exploring various cafes and restaurants and is always open to recommendations!

Dr William Lim completed his Basic degree in Dental Surgery in 2008 with the Outstanding Undergraduate Research Prize and subsequently went on to pursue his Masters in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in the year 2010. He served as a Consultant in the National Dental Centre Singapore where he was the Head of the Oral and Craniofacial Implant Program.

Dr William Lim became a Fellow of the Academic Medicine Institute in 2016 and was awarded the National Medical Research Council grant in 2018. He has special interest in 3 dimensional imaging with reference to diagnosis and surgical planning of cases.

Dr. Chan Wai Seng
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Dr Chan graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS, 2009) and attained the University Bronze Medal.He later completed his Masters of Dental Surgery (MDS, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, 2015) while on scholarship from Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and also graduated from the Medical Officer Conversion Course in the same year and is a medical officer with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). He served as a consultant in Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and represented the dental department on the anti-thrombotic, bisphosphonate and operating theatre workgroups and was also the deputy in the hospital’s harzardous materials (HAZMAT) taskforce. He remains a visiting consultant to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.

His cheerful and approachable demeanour often puts patients at ease and he strives to do his best in allaying fear and the misconception that surgery is always scary and painful.

In his free time, he enjoys scale modelling and spending time with his lovely wife and cat.
